Public Sector Auction: Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) — Bid by 2026-10-07

Issuer: A Public Sector Organization. Purpose: Disposal of scrap materials through sealed bidding on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" located near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road).

Inspection: Interested parties may report at the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) at 1000 Hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Submission: Sealed bids must be submitted along with a pay order / demand draft for earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount before 1100 Hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at: Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang - Attock Road. Bids should remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

Conditions: Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after bid finalization. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the amount plus all applicable taxes as per prevailing government rules and lift the scrap/items within 30 days after approval of the bid. Failure to lift within 30 days will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid. Only bids for the complete lot will be accepted; partial bids or bids with less earnest money may be cancelled. Participants must present original valid CNIC with two photocopies for entry. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
