University of Turbat Tender — Operation of Campus Service Facilities (Submission 27 July 2026)

The University of Turbat, Balochistan invites sealed proposals for the provision and operation of campus service facilities on a rental/contract basis, including boys' and girls' hostel messes, multiple tuck shops (lecture halls and hostels), mart/grocery, beauty salon, laundry & ironing, coffee shop and Law College canteen.

Submission and opening are scheduled for 27 July 2026 (submission 11:00 AM; opening 11:30 AM). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is payable via bank draft, banker’s cheque, or online deposit to Habib Bank Limited — Turbat Branch (A/C No. 1040-7900525001). A refundable bid security of 5% of the quoted amount must be furnished as a CDR or Pay Order in favor of the University of Turbat and the original bid security submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the stated deadline. Tender documents are available at www.uotedu.pk (tenders) and the university website www.ut.edu.pk. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under applicable PPRA rules; the university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
