Request for Quotation – Mobile Phone Technician Machinery & Equipment for Lahore (IWRPP)

Issuer: Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project (IWRPP), Industries, Commerce & Investment Department, Government of Punjab.

Purpose: Procurement of Mobile Phone Technician Machinery & Equipment for vocational training institutions located in Lahore. Interested suppliers must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax) and have capacity to supply tools for DAE Mechanical.

Procurement method: Shopping using ADB procurement guidelines.

Key dates and instructions:

• Pre-proposal meeting: 2026-08-27 at 10:00 AM in the office of PIU-IWRPP.
• RFQ documents available from the office of the Deputy Director (Procurement & Contracts), PIU-IWRPP, 157-M, Gulberg III, Lahore until 2026-09-08 up to 10:30 AM, against payment of PKR 1,000/-.
• Response against RFQ to be delivered on or before 2026-08-28 up to 11:00 AM (as stated in the notice).
• Quotations will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives on 2026-09-08 at 11:05 AM in the Meeting Room, PIU-IWRPP.
