Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory Islamabad (I-11/4, Principal Road). The factory invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) from original manufacturers, authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors, etc., who are active taxpayers and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant Sales Tax authorities.

Purpose: Procurement of multiple goods/materials and small works across various packages (electrical, mechanical, fittings, spares, consumables, testing & commissioning, etc.). Bidding is strictly electronic via ePADS (https://www.epads.gov.pk). No bids other than through ePADS will be accepted. Bid security (as specified in each tender) must be physically deposited before closing in the Tender Box at the office of the District Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory, I-11/4 Principal Road, Sector I-11/4, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted on ePADS by the stated closing times. Late/bids other than via ePADS will not be entertained.
