IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Midwifery, Lahore

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Purpose: Pre-qualification (PQC) of General Contractors for construction and infrastructure works for the Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Midwifery (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore under PPRA/IDAP procurement.

Scope: Construction of buildings and infrastructure development including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire fighting works, external development works, and associated supply of material, labor, formwork, tools & machinery.

How to apply: Interested applicants must register and submit PQ documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System. PQ documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered applicants on the Punjab e-Procurement System at eproc.punjab.gov.pk and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Authority (IDAP) website.

Deadline & opening: Pre-qualification proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-09-08 by 15:00 hours. PQ proposals will be opened the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 15:30 hours. If the last date for submission is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission & opening.
