University of Sargodha invites sealed electronic bids from firms registered on Punjab-eP (Punjab e-Procurement System) and holding valid Income Tax / GST registration for the supply of various examination answer sheets as detailed below. Submission is through Punjab-eP only.

Key instructions:

- Bidders must download the bidding documents and participate without paying any cost or fee, as per PPRA rules.
- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab-eP (Punjab e-Procurement System). Hard copies will not be entertained. Ensure bids are uploaded before the submission deadline.
- Bid submission responsibility and accuracy of uploaded documents rest with the bidder.
- If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
- Procurement will follow PPRA (Punjab) Rule 38(1) single stage one envelope procedure.
