Nishtar Medical University Multan — Public Auction (Canteens) FY 2026-27 — Bids/EMR due 2026-11-20

Issuer: Vice Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University, Multan. Nishtar Medical University invites registered individuals/firms/companies to participate in e-Auction for canteens/tuck-shops on campus for F.Y. 2026-27. Registration and bidding will be processed through the Punjab e-Auction portal listed below; hard copies are not required. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the prescribed instrument and upload required documents to the e-Auction portal.

Original Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque (issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) in favour of the Vice Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University, Multan must be submitted to the Purchase Section, Nishtar Medical University, Multan within ten days of evaluation notification. Only applicants declared eligible on the e-Auction portal will be entitled to participate in the auction.

Key conditions:

• Registered applicants must deposit Earnest Money equal to 10% of the reserve price; proof (scanned) must be uploaded to the e-Auction portal. Original receipt/instrument must be submitted to the Purchase Section within ten days of announcement of evaluation result.
• Auction will start from the advertised reserve price; subsequent offers must exceed the previous offer (minimum increment requirement indicated in auction document).
• Detailed terms & conditions and the auction document can be viewed/downloaded from the e-Auction portal and the university website immediately after publishing of the advertisement.
• All communication and submissions related to registration, grievances and earnest money must be made via the e-Auction portal within the specified deadlines.
