Tender: Provision of Health Insurance Policy for SIPM&R Employees (IFB No. SIPM&R/PD/2026-27/110)

Issuer: Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R), Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Sindh. Tender No. SIPM&R/PD/2026-27/110 dated 2026-08-18.

Purpose: Procurement of a Health Insurance Policy for SIPM&R employees and their dependents. Reputed health insurance companies meeting eligibility criteria and registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and SECP are invited to bid.

Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be viewed/downloaded from the Sindh e-Procurement portal: https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ and the institute website www.sipmr.edu.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement system; manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS system as required.

Tender submission requirements: Tender documents to be submitted via EPADS by 2026-09-07 up to 11:00 AM. The original instrument of tender fee (Rs. 5,000 non-refundable) and the bid security (amount as specified in the Bid Data Sheet) must reach the procuring agency before the submission deadline. A copy of the bid security and the instrument must also be uploaded to the EPADS system. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
