Lyari Development Authority (LDA), Karachi invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable Chartered Accountant firms for provision of professional audit and financial consultancy services.

PurposeSelection of a Chartered Accountant firm to undertake statutory and related financial audit assignments and provide financial consultancy as per Terms of Reference (TORs).
Key Eligibility Criteria
  • Firm must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and authorized to practice in Pakistan.
  • Firm should possess a satisfactory Quality Control Review (QCR) rating, where applicable.
  • Firm must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in conducting audits of public sector organizations, autonomous bodies, or government institutions.
  • Firm must not be blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.
Scope of ServicesAudit and related financial assignments as specified in the TORs to be provided with the bidding documents.
How to ApplyObtain detailed TORs and submit Technical and Financial proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Hiring of Chartered Accountant Firm". Proposals to be submitted at Bungalow No. 194-B, Block-B, SMCH Society, Shahrae-e-Faisal, Karachi.
