Purpose: Public disclaimer and warning regarding housing schemes within the limits of Municipal Committee Fateh Jang that are unapproved, have extended beyond approved layout plans, or are otherwise illegal. The public is advised not to purchase or invest in these schemes. Municipal Committee Fateh Jang will not be responsible for any loss, damage or dispute arising therefrom. It is compulsory to obtain an approved layout plan / NOC before sale, purchase, advertisement or development of any housing scheme.
