The Prime Minister's Special Relief Scheme offers subsidised petrol at Rs.100 per litre for eligible small vehicles nationwide. Owners of motorcycles, chingchis, rickshaws, three‑wheelers and cars up to 800cc must complete a one‑time SMS registration from the mobile number registered against their CNIC to receive the relief.
Register by sending an SMS to 9771 using the REG format. After successful registration you will receive a token (TOK) via SMS which must be presented at the pump to purchase petrol at the subsidised rate.
