PAA E-Bid: Supply of Water Treatment Chemicals for HVAC System at AIAP Lahore (Framework Agreement)

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). PAA invites electronic bids from contractors and suppliers registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) to supply water treatment chemicals for the HVAC system at AIAP Lahore under a framework agreement.

Submission & bid security: Bidding documents containing complete details, terms and conditions, and method of procurement are available on PAA e-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. The original bid security (banking instrument) must be submitted in hard copy with an official letter/envelope before the submission date & time to the address specified in the bidding documents; a scanned copy (pay order/bank guarantee) must be uploaded online. Bids submitted after the deadline or without required documents will not be considered.

Performance & evaluation: Time period for performance of contract is until satisfactory completion of contract and warranty period. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders for sufficient and concrete reasons; decisions will be final and conclusive. Any fraudulent financial instrument will result in blacklisting and legal action.
