Public-Sector Tender Notice #01/2026 — Multiple Supply, Services & Auction (Karachi)

Manager Procurement (Public Sector Organization), P.O. Box 12381, Karachi invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, dealers, manufacturers and proprietors registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own office and telephone number on F.O.R. Karachi basis for supply, services and auction listed below. Tender documents are available from Head (Procurement), Karachi on payment of the fee shown against each package.

How to obtain tender documents: Documents can be obtained from Head (Procurement), Karachi on any working day (except Saturday & Sunday) on payment of the tender fee by Pay Order or Bank Draft drawn on a Karachi-based bank in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 12381, Karachi. Original CNIC of the person purchasing documents must be presented. If documents are required by post, remit the tender-document price plus Rs. 200 courier charges by Pay Order or Bank Draft. Cash, cheque, money order or postal order are not accepted.

Submissions: Sealed tenders should be submitted as per tender documents on F.O.R. Karachi basis. If the office is closed on an advertised date, tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

Note: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
