NUMS Tender: Installation and Solarization of Parking Sheds at NUMS-NIASR, Rawalpindi

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS-NIASR, Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi. Bids will be received on a "Single Stage - Two Envelopes" basis through PPRA E-PADS or hard copy; bidders must have a minimum of five (05) years' relevant experience, be registered with tax authorities and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bid security of 2% of the total bid value (refundable) must be submitted as Call Deposit/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of NUMS and a scanned copy uploaded on PPRA E-PADS. Bidding documents (PKR 3,000 non-refundable) are available from the Procurement Directorate. Deadline for submission is 23 July 2026 by 1000 hours; technical proposals will be opened the same day at/after 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi.
