NAVTTC Expression of Interest (Pre-Qualification) 2026 for Training Service Providers

National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically competent and financially sound public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and entities to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skills Development Program (PMYSDP).

Important eligibility & notes:

- Only technically competent and financially sound organizations will be considered. Applicants may include NAVTTC-registered institutes, universities, SMEs and other entities capable of delivering training and awarding internationally recognized certifications where applicable.

- Applying institutes must have the infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC’s notified qualifications (documents to be uploaded on NAVTTC website). Each institute can apply for only one sector; if applying for more than one sector, it must demonstrate relevant infrastructure for each sector.

- No joint ventures (JVs) are allowed. Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred. Provision of biometric machines & CCTV cameras in training centers is mandatory. NAVTTC may involve internal/third-party resources in the pre-qualification process.
