Eligibility & key requirements: Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with relevant authorities, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, and must provide evidence of financial capacity. Bidders should have completed at least two similar projects in the last five years (each project at least 50% of the estimated cost and 60% similar nature). An affidavit regarding no litigation/blacklisting/non-performance in the last five years is required. Maintenance/patchwork/sub-structure works are not acceptable for meeting the similar-project requirement.
Procurement procedure: Balochistan Procurement Rules 2014; Single Stage Two Envelope bidding. Tender documents are available electronically via the e-procurement / BPPRA portal. Bids must be submitted electronically only.
