PESCO e-Bid Invitation for Disposal of Redundant 66-kV Lines — Bid Closing 2026-10-01

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) — Disposal Directorate. Tender No. 237-GSO (2026). Electronic bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 for disposal of public assets (healthy power transformers / redundant 66-kV lines) on an "as is where is" basis.

Eligibility & conditions:

- Bidders: Individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private/public companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs/NPOs, IGOs, etc., as allowed.

- All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

- Quoted rates are exclusive of all applicable taxes payable by the successful bidder as per government rules.

- Bid security/earnest money as specified for each lot must be uploaded electronically on EPADS v2.0 and the original (Pay Order/Bank Draft) in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account must be submitted to Manager (Disposal), Room No. 306, PESCO H/Q Peshawar before the closing date/time. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected.

- Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on EPADS at the specified date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- The auction/tender will be conducted on an "as is where is" and "as is what is" basis. The highest evaluated responsive bid shall be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
