Engineer Command (ACE 30 Corps / CMES (Army) Gwa / GE (Svcs) Gujranwala Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for civil/engineering maintenance and repair works. Prospective contractors must submit credentials to GE (Svcs) Gujranwala Cantt for scrutiny; only pre-qualified firms will be issued tender documents.

How to apply / Important instructions
- Submit application for issuance of tender documents to GE (Svcs) Gujranwala Cantt together with complete credentials and a list of works executed/ongoing (details such as contract value, duration, start/completion dates and percentage progress where applicable).
- Tenders/documents will be issued only to firms meeting required field experience and special conditions.
- Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with any government department and no adverse report pending with Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C Branch).
- All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must submit a copy of PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
- MES enlisted firms in Categories A, B, C, D, E and F with relevant experience may apply.
- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPR Rules.
Submission & opening
- Tender documents must be received in the office of the accepting officer by 2026-10-06 (Tuesday) at 1130 hours. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day.
