- Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
- Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of value Rs. 300/- (as specified).
- Bid security in required form and amount; original to be submitted in person to the office of the undersigned.
