NAVTTC Expression of Interest (EOI) for Pre-Qualification 2026 — Training Service Providers

Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of competent and financially sound public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and entities to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYSDP).

Purpose: Pre-qualification of training service providers to deliver free training programs across multiple priority sectors. Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained and each institute may apply for only one sector unless it has the required infrastructure for additional sectors. Institutes must meet NAVTTC’s prescribed infrastructure and facility requirements and upload supporting documentation on the NAVTTC website.

• Eligibility & requirements: NAVTTC-registered institutes; institutes must upload evidence of required infrastructure/facilities per NAVTTC qualifications. Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred. Provision of biometric machines & CCTV cameras where mandated is required.
• Restrictions: No joint ventures (JVs) allowed. Each institute may apply for only one sector unless it legitimately meets infrastructure requirements for additional sectors.
