Pakistan Railways (Headquarter Office, Lahore) invites electronic bids for procurement of civil works for the up-gradation of the signalling system by providing a Computer-Based Interlocking (CBI) system at Sarhad Station. Funds have been reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. E-PADS Version 2.0 Ref: P75829.
The procurement will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must submit electronic bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal.
