Issuer: Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. (TCP), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. TCP invites sealed international bids from registered international wheat suppliers for the import of 185,000 MT (one hundred eighty five thousand metric tons) of wheat for the latest crop year 2026 on CFR bulk basis for Karachi and/or Gwadar with +/-10% MOLSO.

| Bid Submission | Sealed bid containing two envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid), prepared per tender instructions, must be dropped in the tender box at Reception Counter of TCP, 4th Floor, Block-B, Finance & Trade Centre, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi on or before 2026-09-28 by 1130 hours PST. |
| Bid Opening | Technical bids will be opened on 2026-09-28 at 1200 hours in TCP’s Board Room in presence of bidders or authorized representatives (physical or via Zoom). Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after completion of technical evaluation on the same day. |
| Important Conditions / Notes | Bidders previously defaulting on TCP contracts or blacklisted by TCP are ineligible unless dues/penalties are cleared. TCP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Suppliers must follow shipment schedule and other requirements in the Tender Document. |
