NAB Auction: Commercial Properties (The Aquatic Mall & Bahria Town Plots) — Auction 06 Oct 2026

Issuer: National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Regional Bureau Islamabad / Rawalpindi — Civic Centre G-6 Markaz, Islamabad. NAB invites the public to an open auction on an "As it is, where it is" basis in case titled Investigation against Management of Al-Bari Group of Companies & Others.

Auction Date: 2026-10-06. Inspection: Monday to Thursday, 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM.

Important conditions: Bids will start from the reserve price. A security deposit (Pay Order/Demand Draft) in favor of Chairman NAB must be submitted at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad, before the auction date/time. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount (less security deposit) by Pay Order/DD within 45 days of the auction. Taxes (including WHT), transfer fees, duties, utility dues and all government-related expenses are payable by the successful bidder. Bidding documents are available at www.nab.gov.pk or can be collected from the NAB office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad. NAB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice. Auction conducted under PPRA rules.
