Tender TSE-2627091188413: Construction of Drains, Sewerage Line and Blacktop Roads in Quetta

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Roads), Saddar CWPP&H Department, C&W Department Complex near Ayub Stadium, Quetta.

Purpose: Electronic tender for construction of drains, sewerage line and blacktop roads at various locations in Quetta under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

Key conditions and eligibility:

- Tender fee: 2,000 PKR. Bid security: 3% of estimated cost, in the form of Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS/BPPRA supplier dashboard).

- Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.

- The bidding firm must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature; turnover of at least 76,617,100 PKR in previous years demonstrating financial capacity. Each completed project must consist of at least 80% similar work and cost at least 75% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted.

- Bidders must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, not blacklisted/not debarred, no major litigation, no nonperformance in last 5 years and no failure to sign contract with any Pakistan or international agency. CDR, Green Challan and system-generated BPPRA challan must be provided as required.
