PAA Tender: Miscellaneous Road Works at Walton Colony, Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under PPRA rules for miscellaneous road works at PAA Walton Colony, Lahore. Interested contractors must submit bids and required documents per the terms and conditions below.

Key requirements & documents:

- Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
- Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (value as stated in the tender).
- Evidence of firm ownership and no blacklisting.

Bid security & submission:

- Bid security amount: Rs. 90,000/-.
- Bid security must be in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority, Lahore. The original bid security must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before/on the deadline.
- Bidders must submit bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA e-Portal as indicated in the tender documents.
