FIA Faisalabad Tender: Outsourcing Class-IV Staff (Dispatch Rider, Frash, Sweeper) — Bid by 2026-09-28

Issuer: Office of the Director, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), FIA Zonal Office Faisalabad. Tender No. 01/2026-27 for outsourcing non-consultancy services of Class-IV staff for FIA Zonal Office Faisalabad.

Eligible bidders: Experienced and reputable firms with valid registration with Provincial/Federal Government department and active taxpayer registration with relevant tax authorities (FBR & PRA). Bid security and payments:

- All bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security of the quoted price in the shape of a CDR / Pay Order in favor of FIA Faisalabad Zone (earnest money, refundable). The bid security must be submitted in hard copy to the office in a sealed envelope before bid opening.
- Any payments will be made as per available/released budget and through AGPR, Sub Office, Lahore.

Other conditions:

- Bidders must register on EPADS (vendors.epads.gov.pk) and submit applications electronically only.
- Bidders may participate for the whole tender; rates for each staff/cadre must be quoted separately.
- Must adhere to the minimum wage rate notified by the Labour & Human Resource Department and include all applicable duties, taxes and charges in Pakistani Rupees.
- Income Tax/Withholding Tax, PRA & Sales Tax (if applicable) will be deducted as per law.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
