e-Bids Invited by Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab Multan for Security, Parking and Janitorial Services (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab, Multan (Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab) invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders registered with the relevant Federal & Provincial tax departments (Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, Service Tax) for framework contracts for services for Financial Year 2026-27.

Important instructions and conditions:

- Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA active tenders page: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount of the lot must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-procurement system before the date and time of submission of e-bids.

- E-bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) using Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bid validity shall be 180 days from the bid opening date.

- Bidders must upload and submit their e-bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) Portal. The procuring agency and DTL Multan will not be responsible for any delay or difficulty encountered by bidders during uploading or submission.

- Detailed terms & conditions, instructions to bidders, technical specifications and other relevant information are provided in the bidding documents available on the eProcurement portal. The response time shall be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
