Civil Judge (Family Division), Narowal issues a summons in a suit filed by Kausar Bibi for annulment of marriage (tanseekh-e-nikah) against Muhammad Ehsan son of Abdul Rashid, resident of Chak No. 24 Kalan, Tehsil Safdarabad, District Sheikhupura.
The defendant is notified that after multiple unsuccessful attempts at personal service he must appear in court personally or through a lawyer on 9 July 2026 to pursue his defence and file a reply; failure to appear will result in unilateral proceedings and no later excuse will be entertained.
