Auction Notice: Canteen Services at THQ Hospital Lalian, District Chiniot (2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian invites sealed bids/auction for operation of the hospital canteen for the year 2026-27. Interested parties must submit bidding documents and required deposits as described below.

Key terms & eligibility

- Bids start from PKR 36,567 per month (exclusive of applicable government taxes).

- Bidders must submit original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). CDRs for unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot; CDRs of the 1st and 2nd highest bidders will be retained until contract award.

- Participation requires valid CDR, applicable enrollment/tender receipt, and original CNIC.

- Bidders must be active taxpayers (must have NTN and PRA number). Applicable taxes/levies will be applied as per law.

- Successful bidder must deposit the awarded amount into the government account including applicable taxes in three equal installments: first installment within 15 days of contract award and remaining installments within 15 days from the start of each quarter.

- Successful bidder will pay all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab and must obtain a Punjab Food Authority (PFA) license for the canteen.

- Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of submitted warranty/CDR and termination of contract. Hospital administration reserves the right to reject all bids/offers under PPRA rules.

- Successful bidder must keep the canteen clean, properly dispose of waste, sell nationally or internationally recognized brand products where applicable, and vacate the premises within 15 days upon lawful notice if required by Government contract.
