Tender WP-004/2026 – Construction of Work Package No.04 near Chashma (Rs. 37.91M)

Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified, security-cleared Civil Works Contractors for construction of Work Package No. 04 at site near Chashma.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Tender documents available during working hours (0900–1600 hrs, Monday–Friday) from the office in Islamabad (address below). Issuance closes one day prior to opening.
• Fixed bid security: Rs. 0.8 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. If submitting a Bank Guarantee it must have an expiry at least six months after the bid opening date.
• Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender; name of the work must be clearly shown on the envelope.
• Submit two copies of BOQ (one original + one photocopy), both pre-signed, stamped and sealed. Rates must be written in figures and words.
• Tenders will not be accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means. Incomplete or late bids will be treated as non-responsive. The competent authority may reject any or all bids.
