Tender: Outsourcing Janitorial, Security and Naib Qasid Services — Auditor‑General of Pakistan

Office of the Auditor‑General of Pakistan invites sealed bids from eligible firms registered with relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for outsourcing of janitorial, security and Naib Qasid services at multiple Audit buildings. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (Rule 36(b), Public Procurement Rules, 2004). Firms may apply for one or more lots for which they are eligible.

Key submission and eligibility details:

• Tender documents (eligibility criteria, scope of work, evaluation criteria, bid security and contractual terms) are available from the Office of the Auditor‑General and can be downloaded from www.agp.gov.pk and the PPRA website.
• Submit bids in two sealed inner envelopes marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL", enclosed in one sealed outer envelope indicating the relevant lot(s).
• Original bid security equal to 2.5% of the total quoted value for each lot (valid, prescribed form) must accompany the Technical Proposal.
• Complete bids must reach: Assistant Auditor‑General (Personnel), Office of the Auditor‑General of Pakistan, Audit House, Constitution Avenue, G‑5/2, Islamabad by 11:00 HRS on 2026-09-03. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 HRS on the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
• The procuring agency may increase/decrease required strength or number of establishments and may reject all bids in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
