Tender: Refurbishment of ATC Tower Access Floor, Allama Iqbal Intl. Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule 36(a) - Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for the refurbishment work of the ATC tower access floor at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA EPADS-2 portal and original bid security delivered in person as specified below.

How to apply and mandatory documents:

Bidders must submit bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through PPRA EPADS-2 (https://www.epads.gov.pk) before the submission deadline. In addition, the original bid security must be submitted in person to the office of the undersigned on the due date and time.

Mandatory documents include:

- Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
- Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 300) confirming ownership of the firm, no blacklisting, and details of pending litigation (if any).

Bid security and payment instructions:

Bid security must be a Pay Order/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank drawn in favour of "PAKISTAN AIRPORTS AUTHORITY AJP, LAHORE". Financial instruments found fake or dishonored will result in blacklisting and legal action.

Other conditions:

- PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
- All tender pages must be properly signed; overwriting or corrections must be signed by the authorized signatory.
- Bidders should refer to EPADS-2 for procurement method, detailed terms and conditions and to upload documents.
