POF-AA Factory Wah Cantt Invitation to Bid for Aluminium Strip and Oils & Lubricants (Closing 2026-08-27)

Issuer: Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) — POF-AA Factory, Wah Cantt. POF invites sealed and electronic bids from original manufacturers / authorized dealers / suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for supply of the items listed below.

Bid documents with item-wise details, specifications and terms & conditions are available from the office of the undersigned or can be downloaded free of cost from the POF website: www.pof.gov.pk.

Submission method: Bids (technical and commercial offers) must be submitted online through the POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk). In addition, a separately sealed hard copy must reach the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall on or before the closing date.

Deadline: Hard and online bids must reach by 2026-08-27 not later than 1100 hrs. Technical envelopes will be opened at 1130 hrs on the same date.

Eligibility: Original manufacturers, authorized dealers or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.
