Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites bids for consultancy services for the engagement of a firm to carry out Outcome Evaluation & Impact Assessment of SMEDA's MSE Support Programmes (reference PIF02586).
Procurement will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and submit proposals electronically through EPADS.
