PAA Tender: Refurbishment of ATC Tower Access Floor at Allama Iqbal Intl Airport, Lahore (Submission 2026-10-02)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under PPRA Rule No. 36(a) — Single Stage One Envelope Procedure — for refurbishment work at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.

Mandatory documents & eligibility: Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue and listing on Active Taxpayer List (ATL); valid Professional Tax Certificate; updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year; affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 300) confirming firm ownership, non-blacklisting, and details of any pending litigation. Bid security & submission: Bid security must be in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank drawn in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority AIAAP, Lahore. Bidders must submit bids and mandatory documents electronically through the PPA EPADS-2 web portal; the original bid security must be delivered to the office of the undersigned by the submission deadline.
