Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Gas House, 21‑Kashmir Road, Lahore. Tenders are invited from manufacturers/suppliers for supply of items as per individual Tender Enquiry numbers. Procurement will be conducted on an open competitive bidding basis in accordance with PPRA Rules.
Tender documents: Can be purchased up to one day before the opening date of each tender from 11:00 to 12:30 hours on any working day (for International tenders). Local tenders are available through PPRA EPADS (electronic platform). Tender fee for International tenders: Rs. 2,500/‑ (non‑refundable). Earnest money / bid security: 2% of the estimated value (excluding GST) in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL. Tender documents and additional details available at www.sngpl.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
Submission & opening: Tenders will close at 14:30 hours and will be opened publicly at 15:00 hours on the dates shown against each Tender at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21‑Kashmir Road, Lahore. Local suppliers must submit bids on EPADS and also submit original/duplicate hard copy of the bid (as quoted on EPADS) with original bid bond before closing time/date.
Mandatory documents: Local manufacturers/suppliers must submit valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax certificate and latest Professional Tax certificate along with request to purchase tender documents.
