Issuer: Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA). SMEDA invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from established national and international e‑commerce platforms for partnership under the SME E‑Commerce Development Programme to help Pakistani MSMEs access national and international markets.
Scope: In collaboration with selected e‑commerce platforms, SMEDA will provide awareness, training, readiness assessment, platform onboarding, technical handholding and targeted support to help MSMEs strengthen digital presence, reach new buyers and expand domestic sales and exports. Selected platforms are expected to develop packages and provide special benefits for MSMEs; terms will be agreed individually.

Submission: Interested platforms must submit an EOI and a company profile detailing experience, user/business base, market coverage and relevant capabilities. Selected platforms will enter separate agreements with SMEDA to support micro, small and medium enterprises across Pakistan.
