The Department's Senior Project Director and Private Township authority announce that the bank challan submitted for Plot 110, Sheet 11 (area 1/2 acre) to account no. 001500490 at Habib Bank Limited — Challan No. 2405, amount Rs. 2,155,400 dated 04/05/2026 — was found to be forged during departmental verification and has been declared cancelled and forfeited (INF/MM/170/2026).
Legal action under Pakistan Penal Code sections 467, 468 and 471 and other applicable laws is being pursued. The public is warned to refrain from any sale, purchase or other transactions regarding the mentioned plot; the authority will not be responsible for any such dealings.
