Town Committee Kot Ghulam Muhammad — Auction Notice for Shopping Centre Shops (FY 2026)

Issuer: Town Committee Kot Ghulam Muhammad, District Mirpurkhas. Sealed public auction for allotment of shopping-centre shops on monthly rent for the financial year 2026. Auction will be conducted under the supervision of the undersigned at the Town Committee Office, Kot Ghulam Muhammad.

Participation requirements and payment terms:

• Interested persons must submit a sealed bid with the prescribed auction fee and occupancy value by bank draft in favour of Town Committee Kot Ghulam Muhammad before participating in the auction.
• The successful bidder must pay 50% of the accepted bid amount in advance at the time of auction. Possession will be handed over only after required advance payments and applicable dues are paid in full.
• Occupancy value/advance is non-refundable. The highest bidder will be declared subject to approval by the competent authority and fulfillment of terms and conditions.
• The successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, stamp duty, electricity, water, sewerage, sanitation and other service charges.
• Shops must be used only for lawful business/activity approved by the competent authority; change of use requires prior written approval.
• Original CNIC and other required documents must be produced. Bank draft and required documents must be submitted to the Town Committee office at least two (02) official working days before the auction; no documents will be accepted after the stipulated deadline.
