Notice: The Cantonment Board Malir previously approved a proposed building plan (Basement + Ground + 1st to 12th Floor, with stair & machine room) for the project "SAIMA ACE RESIDENCY" on Commercial Plot No. C-1, Pir Gul Hassan Town, Phase-I, Malir Cantt, Karachi. The sanction was conveyed to the Director, M/s HIDRA (Private) Limited (Ebrahim Estates) via letter No. MLR/BP/C-1/Bk-C/Ph-V/PGHT/2023/5690/A dated 14.06.2023.
The Director, M/s HIDRA (Private) Limited has submitted a revised building plan for the same project and plot (Commercial Plot No. C-1, measuring 3444.44 sq. yards) for approval by Cantonment Board Malir.
Any valid objections from allottees or the general public must be submitted to the office of Cantonment Board Malir, Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi within 15 days after publication of this notice. No objections will be accepted after the stated period.
