Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from established national and international e‑commerce platforms for partnership under the SMEDA SME E‑Commerce Development Programme. The selected platforms will support MSMEs through onboarding, training, readiness assessment, platform onboarding and technical handholding to help Pakistani MSMEs access national and international markets.

Key Eligibility Requirements
  • Legally registered/authorized to operate in Pakistan and have a functional presence in Pakistan (for national platforms).
  • Operational in Pakistan for at least three (3) years.
  • At least 2,000 registered MSMEs/businesses and demonstrated online sales.
  • Provide B2B and/or B2C e‑commerce services and integrated platform capabilities.
  • Demonstrated cross‑border order facilitation for Pakistani MSMEs.
  • Capacity for MSME onboarding, training, technical support and market development.
Submission RequirementsSubmit EOI and company profile detailing experience, user/business base, market coverage and value propositions.
