Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Kohistan Lower invites bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the following work. Bidding documents, BOQs, SBDs and instructions to bidders are available on the EPADS and KPPRA websites. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement system. Original bid security and any documents required under the rules must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope before the submission deadline. Bid security is 2% of the bid value and applicable stamp duty shall be paid as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa finance rules. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
