DHA City Karachi Notice to Land Providers (LPs) – Land Submission & Liability Policy

Purpose: Important public notice for individuals or Land Providers (LPs) offering land to DHA City Karachi. The Authority requires that any land offered must have clear, unencumbered legal title and proper documentation before DHAC will accept or process it. LPs remain responsible for the correctness of titles and any third-party claims or litigation related to the land they submit.

Key points:

• DHA City Karachi will not accept land with disputed, unclear, or defective titles.
• LPs must ensure all legal requirements, clearances and verifiable ownership are in place prior to offering land to DHAC.
• If any claims, objections or legal disputes arise after submission or transfer, the concerned LP(s) will be responsible for resolving them and for any consequences; DHAC disclaims liability for such disputes.
• DHAC reserves the right to refuse transactions, suspend dealings, and pursue appropriate legal remedies against LPs who submit land with improper or fraudulent documentation.
