PITB Invitation to Bid for Miscellaneous Hardware (3D ToF Camera & Misc. Hardware)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for procurement of miscellaneous hardware under eGov-1R for the Government of the Punjab. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents are available free at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and uploaded via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Submit technical and financial bids online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eProc) website. Bidders must be registered on the eProcurement portal prior to submission.

- Bids must be complete, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the tender document. Income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents listed in the tender document must accompany bids.

- Tender documents may be downloaded from PITB and PPRA websites free of cost.

- PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Submission and opening:

- Last date/time for bid submission: 1100 hours on 2016-09-23.

- Technical bids will be opened at 1130 hours on 2016-09-23.
