Pakistan Railways Signal Workshops invites sealed bids (Single Stage-Two Envelope) through the Electronic Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for procurement of goods funded under FY 2026-27. Bidding will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
