Cutchi Memon Co-Operative Housing Society AGM Notice — 27 September 2026

Issuer: The Cutchi Memon Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd (Regd.), Karachi is issuing notice of its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Meeting: The AGM will be held, Insha'Allah, on Sunday, 27 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Society's registered office: Plot No. ST-8, Mini Hall, The Cutchi Memon Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, KDA Scheme No. 7, Block-IV, Bahadurabad, Karachi.

Agenda: The complete agenda has been dispatched separately and sent to members via WhatsApp and email addresses according to the records at the Society's offices. If you do not receive the agenda or need further information, please inquire at the office during working hours.

Quorum/Adjournment: If there is no quorum, the meeting will be adjourned; the adjourned meeting will convene one hour after the scheduled time on the same day and at the same location.

Member Proposals: Any eligible member wishing to make suggestions should submit them in writing, duly proposed and seconded, to the office during office hours not later than 2026-09-23, in accordance with Bye-Laws 38(6) of the Society.

Accounts: Members are kindly requested to ensure that any outstanding dues in their accounts as of 30 June 2026 are settled.
