SEPCO invites e-bids from eligible national and international bidders/firms/JVs under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) for pole-mounted distribution transformers as per PPMC specification No. DS-01:2026 on a turnkey basis.

APMS capacity coverage (capacity-wise): 25 kVA, 50 kVA, 100 kVA and 200 kVA distribution transformers.
Key conditions and eligibility:
- Foreign bidders may participate only in joint venture with Pakistani contractors who are registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR), and are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Bidders/firms/JVs must submit e-bids through E-PADS V2.0. Bidders not registered on E-PADS must contact PPRA for registration; tender submission through channels other than E-PADS will be rejected.
- Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and schedules of requirements are available on E-PADS V2.0. The advertisement is also available on PPRA and SEPCO websites.
- SEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
