The Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).

How to apply / submit bids: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS). Electronic submission closes at 10:00 AM on 2026-09-28. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

Procurement will follow the Single Stage — Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with applicable Punjab procurement rules.
