Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) e-Tenders – Construction / Renovation of Boundary Walls for Christian Graveyards (10 Lots)

Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing. LDA invites e-tenders (Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, PPRA-3B(2)) for repair/construction works consisting of the construction/renovation of boundary walls for multiple Christian graveyards located across Lahore. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).

Eligibility and submission method:

• Only firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate.
• Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and hold a valid PEC license.
• Bidders must have active tax status (NTN and relevant tax clearance) as required by the e-procurement system.
• Procurement follows e-tendering: submission of Technical (PDF) and Financial proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid security and other e-tendering conditions apply as per the tender document.

How to obtain documents and submit:

• Tender documents, online submission, and bid opening will take place on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePPRS / eProc.punjab.gov.pk). Prospective bidders must be registered on the portal and follow the portal procedures for uploading Technical & Financial proposals.
