Issuer: Competition Commission of Pakistan. Purpose: Proposed revision of the fee structure for exemption-related applications, complaints and record inspections under the Competition (Exemption) Regulations, 2020 (Schedule II).
The proposed revised fees are as follows:

| 6 | Application for Extension of Block Exemption | 1,800,000 |
| 7 | Complaint under Regulation 6(2) of these Regulations | 75,000 |
| 8 | Complaint under Regulation 10(1) read with Section 6 of the Competition Act, 2010 | 75,000 |
| 9 | Inspection of record of any exemption case decided or under consideration (Regulation 6(3)) | 37,500 |
Comments/submissions: Any stakeholder, undertaking, association or interested party having concerns, comments or suggestions regarding the proposed revisions may submit them to the Director (Exemption). Submissions must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Public Notice.
